SALESMANAGER

We are a globally operating software company and develop sophisticated eCommerce solutions including graphical online editors for the printing industry | development of web solutions | sales and handling of software projects. 

We are looking for competent reinforcement for our SALES team with immediate effect

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for securing the economic targets (turnover, DB) and the strategic market share targets in the market. You are committed and actively live the consultative software sales. You are committed to ensuring long-term, high customer satisfaction and generating recurring sales.

Your tasks:
- Acquiring orders and customers, following up leads, conducting negotiations, preparing offers, closing sales, forecasts
- Coaching and empowering the sales organisation
- Analysing turnover and sales development, earnings and market share development, deriving and implementing measures
- Analysis, evaluation and optimisation of existing markets and structures
- Input in the direction of project management with regard to the software strategy, preparation of customer feedback for further and additional developments 
- Execution of all sales activities, responsible handling of customer satisfaction in terms of quality and scheduling
- Mapping of all sales projects in the CRM system 
- Active sales at trade fairs, open house events and Durst Campus events
- Analysing customer needs and "solution selling" of software and professional services
